1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (Metavel Industries.com), requesting commercial quotations, or purchasing machinery and services from Metavel Industries Pvt. Ltd. ("Metavel Industries"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our digital platforms or contracting our engineering services.
2. Commercial Proposals & Quotations
All formal engineering estimates, proforma invoices, and equipment proposals issued by Metavel Industries:
- Remain valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Are based upon customer-submitted raw water test parameters and intended operating conditions. Any variance in feed water TDS or raw water chemistry may require design revisions.
- Exclude civil foundation work, external building plumbing, and primary incoming power cabling unless specifically itemized in the commercial contract.
3. Manufacturing Milestones & Delivery
Machinery manufacturing schedules begin upon receipt of the agreed initial advance payment and sign-off of the approved P&ID layout drawings. Delivery dates are quoted in good faith; Metavel Industries is not liable for indirect consequential delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, or customs clearance delays at the destination port.
4. Installation, Testing & Commissioning
For turnkey projects where on-site installation is included, the buyer agrees to ensure site readiness (clean covered shed, adequate three-phase power supply, raw water inlet reservoir, and drainage) prior to the arrival of Metavel Industries commissioning technicians.
5. Equipment Warranty & Limitations
Metavel Industries guarantees all newly fabricated machinery against mechanical defects and substandard workmanship for 12 to 24 months from the date of dispatch. This warranty excludes normal consumable wear-and-tear items (such as cartridge filter elements, chemical dosing pump tubing, gaskets, and O-rings) or damage resulting from operator negligence or operating outside specified water parameters.
6. Intellectual Property
All engineering schematics, 3D CAD models, product designs, website logos, graphics, and technical software code belong exclusively to Metavel Industries Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to equipment contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
